They say that somewhere over the rainbow, skies are blue. Well, we say somewhere inside of the rainbow cake, the layers are blue…. red, orange, yellow, green, indigo and violet. Rich vanilla cream is sandwiched between layers of colourful sponge, all finished off with a perfected rainbow crumb.
